Is there any way to cancel our agreement?

Is it possible for us to get out of the contract made with Bay View Law Group in light of reading the reviews from 2 out of 3 responses? The written information doesn't make it clear whether we can or not. I am most concerned that nothing is going to happen until after they have their money- in 2 years time (we have only just signed up).
