So happy again...thanks McQueen Jewlers

Last year, for my Birthday, my finance purchased diamond earrings for me from McQueen Jewelers. This was my first pair of real diamond earrings and I loved them so much, I never wanted to take them off after he gave them to me. After a few months of receiving
compliments on how beautiful they are from friends and coworkers, I eventually took them off and was so disappointed when I dropped one of the 14 carat gold screw backs down the sink. I was thankful it was not the diamond, but heartbroken I had lost one of
the special gold backs. I decided to call McQueen Jewelers to see if I could purchase a replacement back and spoke to their customer service for assistance. I was thrilled when the customer service person told me he would send a replacement back to me at no
charge. I absolutely love my earrings and are so pleased that my finance purchased them from McQueen. The quality of the diamonds is exceptional and their customer service is outstanding. Thank you McQueen Jewelers for turning my heartbreak into happiness
again.
