90210 Jewelry terrible transaction, 3 months issues still not resolved. NOT RECOMMENDED

For those who are considering purchasing something from 90210 jewelry I'd like to share my real experience and you can decide for yourself if you would like to do business with this company. May 2nd I purchased a diamond solitaire pendant necklace and matching stud earrings. Upon receiving them and having them checked out by two local diamond stores it was determined they were not the VS2 D grade diamonds that I had paid for (even though they supplied appraisal paperwork) all items had visible black carbon spots. According to 90210 website and Diamond Knowledge VS2 grade diamonds should not have eye visible inclusions. After realizing this I called in and told them about the problem. It was incredibly hard to get a hold of the sales person I originally bought from and because he was avoiding me. When he finally got back to me he told me I didn't qualify for a refund because I paid with a money transfer. This is the only they would take payment seen as though I was an international buyer, now would start the over 3 month disaster. I was promised a 30 day no questions asked refund if there were any problems. NOT the case with my situation. A few weeks later and 10 plus phone calls I thought it was sorted out and that they were going to refund me however that was later changed. We are now end of August and I still don't even have a replacement necklace, I get empty promises over and over about when the replacement will ship all to no avail. To date I have had over 30 phone calls and have spoken with 5 individuals at this store all to no avail. They not only have the original necklace but they have my money and I'm completely stuck with nothing. The only excuse they have had for things taking so long is that I'm being very picky with the stone quality to which my response is I simply want what I paid for and what is advertised on the site - EYE clean diamond as per the below attached website
Please be aware of this when you think about purchasing for this company. I would not want this to happen to anyone else; this has been the cause of a ton of necessary stress and hardship the last 3 months. It was supposed to be an anniversary gift for my girlfriend, that date has now come and gone, and so has her birthday. Really not very happy... as of today, August 23rd there is still no real eta on when I will get a replacement just more promises.. The people I have dealt with in the order of dealings were/are: Justin Green, Kate, Lisa (supervisor) Duane and currently Joan.
VS1, VS2 (Very Slightly Included)
Diamonds of VS1 or VS2 clarity grades have minor inclusions that are not noticeable to the naked eye. The inclusions can only be observed under 10x magnification.
