Review 9/14/2011

I admitted myself to their facility 7/16/2011 after talking to a staff member about their services and facility. I was told they are state certified and I would be able to collect disablity insurance while a resident. The main factor for me choosing their facility. Well, they shipped me to a facility in Anaheim. Now, I'm being told by EDD that the facility they shipped me off to is not state certified and my disablity is being disallowed. The place they shipped me off to was not very nice. You were one of the lucky ones if you had hot water in your housing unit. The beds are horrible. The dinning room is a garage and the meeting/group rooms are also garages. The only thing to drink they offer is water. They have a vending machine that charges $1 for a can of soda. The staff is good but not very punctual. Their schedule is a joke that was never accurate as to what was actually going to take place everyday. The couselors couldn't make it to meeting/groups on time.
