Our family was completely mislead by ABTTC. We were told our loved one would be going to Temecula Facility and would be treated by a team of professionals including a Dr. This is not what happened. He was put in a facility called The Lighthouse, which was more like a halfway house insteat of a treatment center. He never saw a Dr, although he did see a nurse in detox. the detox was done at The Chapman House. We have no complaints about the care at The Chapman House, but the rest of the so called health care treatment was terrible and not even close to what we were told we would get for our loved one. We made several calls to the Clinical Director to discuss this problem, and she never returned our calls. We also can not get this place to give us an invoice for the charges. This is a terrible place, not safe and not a place that is worth paying any money to. We feel that we were lied to and then after we spent the money, we were unable to get a hold of anyone to ask why we were not getting what we were told we would. Very deceptive place with very inadequate health care/treatment. I dont know what Temecula would have been like, as our loved one was not taken there are promised. I have been told that Temecula is a good facility. But who knows if you will be told the truth BEFORE you pay the money and send your loved one to this place only to find out, they will not get the care they were promised. TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE CARE, TERRIBLE FACILITY... We removed our loved one after two weeks because he was not getting the care we were promised and because drugs were being used IN the treatment center! He was there from March 14, 2012-March 29, 2012
