Bad, horrible company; bad, horrible people.

Unprofessional, unscrupulous hacks. They delivered products late, brought the wrong products, brought dirty products, brought products that were totally unusable, and then simply didn't care. They failed on all of the contracted projects (plantations shutters, custom-made chair, and recovered ottoman) and didn't offer to correct things in a speedy fashion (my things just went back in the queue) or discount anything. I have never had such a horrible experience with any company, EVER.
