I will never order from this company again. On our first order of drapery hardware we were told it would be 5-10 days for the rods to come in. After two weeks I called and no one would call me back I also sent two E-mails asking what the status of our order was. After a week of no response I went in to see the owner and was told they would be there in two days. They were there but they were wrong and part of the hardware was missing. After another week of not having the correct rod we asked them if we could pick up the wrong rod and we fixed it ourselves. Then we decided to give them another try on May 22 we ordered bamboo shades. We were told it would be two weeks well low and behold it is now June 30th 2009 and we still do not know when our shades will be in. We have called 6 different days since 6/13/09 and went to see the owner four different days and we still have no idea when our shades will be in. All anyone has told us is that they are on order and the they will call us back later that day with information and they do not call. Our last call was today at 12:00 and no one returned our call. As you can tell this company makes false promises and does not deliver the product in a timely fashion.
