I woke up at 3 in the morning only to step out of bed into at least an inch of water. My toilet hose in a common bath had popped and flooded my complete 1200 sq. Ft. house. Not knowing what to do first I turned off the water and got out the towels. Once I had every single towel out I realized that this was not going to work, so I pulled out the yellow pages and called AAA Flood Service. I got a friendly and knowledgeable person on the line who was able to immediately get a crew out in the middle of the night.
Once the crew arrived they were very professional and organized. The supervisor informed me of the procedure to dry out my house and the steps they would have to take to get my house back to normal. I gave them ok and they got to work. They handled everything for me and worked hand in hand with my insurance company on my claim. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
