This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen! They do return your calls. It took a week for them to call me back & they do not show up when you schedule an appointment. If you like getting the run around this is the company to call. Personally I don't think the guy knows what he's doing; he's come out too many times...kind of makes me wonder.
