I've had this insurance for over 5 years now. I have 5 cars with them and pay near $600 a month. I've never been late on my bills over the years and thought I was safe with this insurance company.
I filed a claim on my Range Rover a few years ago and they claim was denied. Since when does insurance company deny a hit and run claim??? I took them to the small claims courts and won! It cost me $12k to repair my car and I was only able to get $7500 after 4 month from them. You'd think I'd change my insurance company after what I went through but the rate was very low and I didn't change until now that I have another claim open which they won't even return my calls. This has to be a joke that an insurance company not returning my calls. After calling every hour, they said my case has been sent to Ted Vincent the special investigation department. LOL now I'm a criminal??? I have taken full responsibility and they won't cover me? what is this insurance good for?? Take my mistakes and do not do business with
Alliance United! They will rip you off! Stay away and find another insurance company.
