Alliance United only sends a letter after a claim is reported and that is it. They do not inspect the property damage on claim, they do not request or take the statements of the claimants as they should and they do not properly investigate claims. I am surprised they have not been suspended for their unfair practices. Al l their employees are trained the same. They do not return phone calls. They do not respond to emails and the managers and supervisors are just as bad. Never answer their phone calls. They only take action when the Department of Insurance is mentioned and only to advise that the claim is denied. Evidence for them is not evidence especially if its against their insured. They only consider what is best for their interest to avoid paying on claims, which is wrong and in my opinion totally illegal. Multiple complaints for the same reason are posted on line. What is it going to take to remove these companies from the insurance business? My review is an absolute Zero for this company
