When you pay for a course it shouldn't expire

I paid for three additional courses for Real Estate at the time I first enrolled. I work full time, have a full life. Now that I am ready to take the additional courses I'm told I have to re enroll and re pay for the courses because they expired. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
