I also have bought the Apex DT250. Just past the one year warranty it would not turn on anymore. I did the steps in trouble shooting and still had no success. I called customer service, who told me to hold the power button for 25 seconds, which I did. The unit would still not turn on. I was than told, there was nothing they could do since it was over a year old and to go buy a new one. How does the BBB give this company an A+ rating with all these complaints. I would not have bought this brand except for that rating.
