This company is sneaky and is a huge scam. I too purchased Celebrity White Teeth and canceled my account within 2 days of my purchase via email. The teeth cleaning product does not work and smells like white-out. You are better off using toothpaste with baking soda honestly. After researching other complaint forums I called their number to cancel my order of any future orders as they automatically put on routine shipments. You must then cancel your account within 14 days (in some cases 10 as they change their own terms and conditions periodically) in order to stop routine shipments. (Yes you MUST cancel both the account and the routine shipments in order to prevent being billed for a monthly supply in the future)Its been 2 days since I got my teeth cleaning sample kit(4 since I ordered). However it seems you have to send back the product w/ an RMA# in order to avoid being charged a 3-month supply for either $54.99 or $149.99. This MUST be done within 10-14 days of purchase. I am sending my product back tomorrow tracked and w/ priority mail to get my refund. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Definitely scam. Nothing positive about my experience or the product. I have also canceled my Credit card in order to prevent being billed from other 3rd party companies in the future.
