I gave this company one star rating, because I was not able to give a negative rating.
I ordered a "trial offer" of the acai berry pure from this company. Unfortunately I did not read the terms at the time. I cancelled my membership after 18 days when I noticed a charge on my credit card for 149.95. However, in less than the required 14 days the charge was posted on my credit card. In looking over the web site there are terms that state a cancellation needs to be in place within 14 days and in another part of the web site it states that the cancellation needs to be within 10 days. I put a block on this company with my credit card.
I have emailed and called the company several times and can never get a straight answer as far as my request for a refund. Basically they are well trained in giving customers the run around. When I requested to speak to someone that could make a refund decision the response I got was that my request had already been reviewed. When I asked what I would be getting for my $149.95 the response was, if I had not cancelled my membership I would have received more product.
This company is a big scam. I seriously don't understand how a person who works for this company could feel good about themselves. I am fighting to get my money back. Take my word for it, don't ever order any products from this company, they are a cheat, a big rip off!
