THIS IS A SCAM!! They charged me 149.95 after I called and canceled I spoke to a Jenny on Feb 22 then again called when the charges were applied and requested they be refunded and was told I could not and that I never called and when I asked to speak to a supervisor employee Ariel #250 hung up on me before giving me the cancellation number again, I called yet again and spoke to a Mike #132 and he gave me cancellation #936770 but he states I never called on Monday the 22nd and asked why I hung up on Ariel I asked him what type of game do they think they are playing there? He gave me a false email support@productsupport123.com and phone numbers and now I am reporting them to the FBI, Attorney general both here and in FL and the BBB both here and in FL as well as my states attorney. I have also had to cancel my card and contest the charges and got the correct email to request my refund productsupport@123.com Problem is they think we are all stupid My page said free sample not free trial and there was no terms and conditions i always look for the hidden print there was none, They are required by law to tell yo the Actual terms of service YOU signed!! If they direct you to what is written on their main site or website they are in Violation. Just as Mike and Ariel and jenny were each time I spoke to them. I was also told I never called and am sure will be told I haven't emailed either but I keep copies of everything including phone bills and emails I mail out So try and prove me wrong I dare you!!
