This is the worst company I have ever done business with online. They are unethical, immoral and a scam in every sense of the word.I am so upset about this -- especially because it happened at a time when I am having financial difficulty and paying my bills is challenging.It's all a fraudulent scheme to get your credit card info and then charge you $149.95-$169.95 for your "annual membership fee." Even though they tell you that you can call and cancel any further shipments, they will still charge your account! And no amount of calling or emailing them seems to help. I just filed my claim with the Better Business Bureau .I ordered the $0.99 trial offer and did see that I needed to cancel my subscription within 14 days. No where did they state there was a $169.95 subscription fee - NOWHERE!! In any case, I did cancel my trial subscription 2 days later and was told they couldnt find my account but that they would note my cancelation and I wouldnt be charged.. Two weeks later they charged my account the $169.95. I called and they referred me to the refund department, which is only accessible via email. The customer service rep said my account was still open after I emailed and called serveral times to cancel it just 2 days after ordering the sample. I am still waiting for a response from the refund department after it was denied the first time and have had to dispute the charge with my bank. This is a complete scam just to get your card number and charge it. Something needs to be done!!!!!!!!!
