Belmont Brokerage and Management is the worst company to rent from. I strongly recommend that you do not rent from this company. The staff is very unprofessional, rude, and uneducated on customer service. Their maintenance department never preforms any maintenance on their properties and the only time you will see anyone is when something is beyond repair. I was unfortunate enough to rent from this company and I regret paying any money to such a bad company. I lived at their Junipero Avenue Long Beach property for about a year and I wish I had moved out sooner. In the year I lived at the Juniper Ave property I had constant flooding in my living room every time it rain. I called Belmont's maintenance office but they would never return my calls or fix the problem. I called the City's Code enforcement office and they investigated the problem. It turned out that my up stairs neighbor's balcony floor had huge holes the size of an adult foot and water was coming in through the walls. Belmont was forced to fix the balcony floor and clean my living room of any mold or get fined. I found out through my up stairs neighbor that she had been trying to get Belmont to fix the balcony for about five years with no results. It is very scary to live in one of their building being that they are not maintained and they are old. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!
