Whenever my boss needs a cab to get anywhere, I always call Beverly Hills Cab. It was going smoothly at first as far as Customer Service is concerned, but lately their service just went from okay to extremely foul. About 3 weeks ago I called for a cab and a female representative answered the phone. Her voice was so unfriendly and would cut you off in the middle of a question. So I did not say anything and thought it's probably just one rotten apple amongst good ones. But then just a few minutes ago, I called again to get a cab and a male representative answered my call. He asked me questions and before I could finish up answering he would start asking the next one. But again, I did not complain. Then my boss got stuck in a phone call when the cab arrived so I called again to let them know to tell the cab driver not to leave. And when my boss was ready to go, I called the rep to tell him he is on his way, but I was unable to finish my sentence because he cut me off and said, "You said he was coming a few minutes ago. Is he coming or what?!". Then I calmly told him he is on his way, then asked him for his name. He said "Operator 17". Then I told him his customer service is bad, then he said it's not, then hung up on me. This made me furious so I called again, then he answered again. Once again, I asked for his name, then he said I don't need it, then I repeated that his service is bad, he said no. Then we repeatedly said the same sentences and he would answer in a very "childish" way. I would never, ever, call this company for a cab anymore. They should start screening all their reps and find out if they could actually provide "great service". In a bad economy that we have right now, and lots of people getting laid off, there are those out there who are looking for jobs and have the skills to provide better service
