We were very excited about our weekend trip and had received great service from the staff there prior to our arrival to the cabin.
Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the overall cabin decor and were excited to spend our weekend there. We quickly discovered many problems throughout our stay. We booked this cabin for the specific amenities and were very disappointed to find that all the little "extras" we paid for did not function as expected or did not function at all. (pool table, cable, dryer, refrigerator and others)
I was advised that I had to wait until Monday to speak with a manager and I did, the service I received from the manager was very customer service oriented, but did not compensate for our dissatisfaction and disappointment with the rental. The communications I received after my request for compensation was incredibly rude and almost insulting, my complaints seemed disregarded and it was almost made to seem as though I fabricated the issues we had while we were at the cabin.
This experience leaves me with a bad taste because I feel that a company should make a situation right if they did not deliver (of course all within reason).
I'll have to plan my next trip with a different agency, hope I can find one that will stand behind their service.
