They are a scam

They deducted the money from my account they had my files for over a month, and contacted none of my debtors, I contacted my debtors to give them the information the payday loan used a different amount to take from my checking account, and Blue Ridge also took money. When I contacted customer service they said they were sorry and sent a Account Closure form and assured me I would be refunded my $150.00 within 10 days by check. Just found out today that they are only sending my $18.00 and they said their offices are back east so no one could help me til tomorrow. They are just like so many other companies out there that are scams, they take your money and you never here from them again. When you try to contact customer service they are of now help. DO NOT USE THEM
