I have to say that I normally don't do this, but I saw a website promotion for this company and the first thing I did was go to the BBB site. This company impressed me by having an "A" with BBB. This is not an easy thing to get.
Then I looked at their history of complaints on BBB for this company and based on what I am seeing, they are willing to agree to the terms and conditions that they have on their website, yet what I am hearing on here from the four people below is WHINING .... Let me get some cheese for your whine.
Look at this:
Out of 70 complaints placed on this company:
11 Making a full refund, as the consumer requested
2 Making a partial refund
43 Agreeing to perform according to their contract
1 Refusing to make an adjustment
2 Refuse to adjust, relying on terms of agreement
0 Unanswered
11 Unassigned
It appears to me that they are agreeing to perform according to the same terms and conditions you whiners as consumers agreed to before placing your orders.
I have to admit sheepishly that I almost did place my order and I didn't click on the terms and conditions, so my order was stopped and it told me I had to agree to terms and conditions before I proceeded.
MY GOODNESS... this is why it is frustrating to me to take reviews seriously at times. Let's look at each of these losers below. They are all complaining about not getting what they wanted. YET it clearly is listed in this company's terms and conditions what you are getting into.
I at least was smart enough to READ before I got clicky happy like these fools below and see that yes, it is a great promo to start with, but because it is a great promotional offer it also comes with terms and conditions.... I just have to call if I don’t like the coffee to cancel… it tells you that in the terms.
NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS WORLD YOU BUNCH OF LOSERS....
Get a life and learn to read terms and conditions!!
I give this company a 5 star rating for having to put up with losers and whiners like these people complaining on here....
