I give Bristol Law Center 5 Bright Stars! My husband and I received a loan mod on our first mortgage. However, we had tried for a year and a half to loan mod our second with no luck. We were behind in our payments, being hounded by the bank and in fear of losing our home.
Marissa at Bristol Law Center was amazing. Within a month we received a loan mod (which had seemed impossible just weeks before) on our second mortgage at 2% with the amount we were behind put on the end of the loan. I know we would never have had this outcome without her help.
Since I have referred several friends. Some she is currently working with and some she was not able to help. *****When she was not able to help someone because they did not qualify she told them up front and DID NOT CHARGE THEM for her time.
