The problem was the furnace burner would not ignite while all other functions worked as usual.This is and old furnace and this is the first problem.I looked up the BBB ratings to select a service company and selected this one.
The servicemen(2) arived on time,which was a short time after my call.They were neat,friendly and professional.They arrived in a truck that was also neat and professional looking.
They went directly to the furnace and in a few minutes had found and had solved the problem.They looked the unit over from top to bottom and found it to be safe to operate.
No new material was used.They closed the unit,we shook hands and they were on their way.
A short satisfying experience.Will call them anytime their service is needed.
Called them the next day and thanked them.
