No one their has any intention of helping you. Just try calling them and see how long your on hold before someone comes on who has no clue as to who you are or where your Docs are and will then lie to you so as to get you off the phone. Oh yeah while your holding that phone for 45min listen to their message, its the most ironic message I have ever heard. They will never do what they are paid to do or tell you they will do. Been in Escrow since September and pulling teeth would be easier.
