Worst Escrow ever

As a real estate professional, I have never experience such horrible service from an escrow company. No emails are ever replied when a question arises and every time I call in, it takes a minimum of 3 hours of holding time just to speak with the escrow officer. It took lender 21 calendar days to receive the HUD for the file, which is unheard of.
This escrow began performing Settlement Agents Service 09/21/12 for HUD homes. HUD made mistake to use this cheaper escrow. Even cash buyer after wired the money needs 8 days to close of Escrow.
