Hello my name is Michele, I wanted to share my experience with CHS. At first I was extremely sceptical, and did not think I would ever get a loan mod on my property. Jose and his staff just kept assuring me that if I was patient, it would all work out. This is hard for me to do because I have no patience. To make a long story short I started the process the middle of June 2009 and I received my completed loan docs yesterday afternoon 3/25/10. My interest rate went from 6.35 to 4.75 (long-term) and payment from roughly $2200 to roughly $1300. I am extremely satisfied and Jose is a great guy. When he says he can get something done, he means business. Remember we are all at the mercy of the over-whelmed banks.
