Terrible Experience

I had a hard time finding the same Navy suit in a toddler size and in a boys size for my ring bearers so I was delighted to find the same Navy suit in infant, toddler, and boys size! I ordered a 24 month size and a boys 6. The website says to allow 1-3 business days to get the order ready and I chose standard shipping, which was 5-9 business days. I received an order confirmation but 10 business days go by and I hear nothing--no shipping confirmation, etc. So I emailed to inquire on the status of my order. They tell me there was a defect in the one suit they had in stock so they had to order another one from the warehouse and they would ship the suits to me within the week. A week goes by and ONE of my ring bearer suits shows up. I emailed yesterday and called to leave a message today and have not heard back yet. It took me 3 weeks to get half of my order?! My wedding is in four weeks. Hopefully the suits fit and I don't have to return. I have never had such a terrible online shopping experience!
