Cutie Clothes is not a company you want to order from unless you are COMPLETELY sure you want the item as well as if the item will fit! I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for my sister's upcoming wedding. I placed the order at 10pm on July 2nd, 2009 and realized the next day after my sister brought me the flower girl dress, that the shoes would not go because they were a darker ivory. I quickly go online and sent the company an email stating that I needed to cancel the order and why...this was on July 3rd at 4:25pm (not even 24 hours later). I never got a return response so I contacted them via phone on July 7th. The person I spoke to said that even though they had not been actually shipped yet, I would have to send them back (because they were going to ship them out anyway even though they knew I didn't need them), pay the return shipping fee, and also pay a 15% restocking fee! I was appalled to say the least! I tried speaking to a manager and she didn't want me to get a word in edge wise nor wanted me to speak to the owner. I personally think this company is EXTREMELY SHADY and is only out for itself! My suggestions is to BEWARE! I will NEVER use this company again and will let everyone I know to stay away. They are the type of online companies that make people NOT want to order online.....
