I wish I had seen the the previous reviews before I had ordered from this site. As the others have said, DO NOT ORDER FROM CUTIECLOTHES.COM. They won't ship your orders when they say. They don't answer their phones or return e-mails. They aren't willing to fix THEIR mistakes. It took me a month to get them to ship my items--and that was with daily phone calls for almost 2 weeks. I thought ordering the junior bridesmaids' dresses six weeks ahead of time would be early enough. Ha! Not if you order through this horrible site!! I wish I could give them NEGATIVE STARS!
After many requests to speak with the owner, I was told he wasn't available. I finally sent the company an e-mail letting them know I had left several poor reviews on other websites. He not only contacted me at 9:00 on a Sunday night, but he yelled at and berated me for almost 15 minutes. He had the gall to stop shipment of the dresses I had been waiting for and to take 2 weeks to refund my money. The owner of this company is the most unprofessional, rude, belligerent person I have ever done business with. Karma will come back to haunt them.
