I really don't agree with any of these negative reviews. A lot of people fail to realize that this is probably a small business with, at the most, 5 people working. Of course not every single phone call is going to get picked up. I recently ordered from this site and their services were spot on. The suit and dress that I ordered were exactly what I was looking for. The only complaint is that their size chart for the dress was a bit off, but it wasn't anything major. I did try calling because I wanted to make sure it was shipped out on time (it took me 3 tries, but no complaints, they were extremely nice) and they were very helpful with getting my order out.
Also, for all of you that say you can't find their policies on their site, seriously need to look thoroughly. The link for their shipping and returns is clearly at the button of the page. C'mon people.
I think this business do not deserve an F. At the least it should be a B!
