Bankruptcy is an incredibly frightening process...even to just think about. It took me way too long to move forward partly because of "who do you trust?" When Ben Yrungaray discussed the process and the options, I knew that I was in good hands. It was not the humiliating process I thought it would be. Ben's work for me was professional and efficient.
I diligently tried for 3 years to negotiating with my bank for a loan modification. Now that was humiliating! I turned to Ben and 9 months later I have the modification that will all me to keep my home.
It is not only Ben... his staff is fantastic. They too are sensitive to the emotional state these processes put a person in and are equally professional and sensitive. I never felt embarrassed to ask a question.
