It is truly a shame that this company has a "F" rating because the product is excellent. It is the only product that I have found works well and I do not break out in acne.
I have tried mineral powder cosmetics which really make me break out. Dermacia covers well and I love the product....
I originally had no problems that I recall getting refunded or cancelling my order.
The reason I went into BBB was to get the phone number of Dermacia so that I could re-order. The product has lasted me a very very long time so for me 1 shipment would last 6 months or better.
Now I am unsure I want to do business with this company. It's just a shame because when you have a good product you should not need to resort to these horrific business practices...
