Rating 0! Do not use this company! Had bathtub reglazed in April of 2009. Tub has started peeling three times within past ten months. Allowed company to repair twice. Requesting money back now--refusing refund despite 5 year guarantee. Consulted with two other reglazing companies who state our tub was refinished incorrectly by Ez Bathtub. Will now need to contact Better Business Bureau, licensing agency and small claims court as well as have the tub refinished by a professional company. CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH, THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!
His excuse for not honoring his warranty and standing behind his work is that we should not allow our child to play with rubber duckies in the tub. He lied to the BBB and to the State Licensing Board saying that we were allowing our child to "play with sharp toys in the tub"! Since when are rubber duckies considered SHARP TOYS!!
Horrible service and attitude. Does not know what he is doing - it took him 3 hours (one visit) for entire job, but all other companies in the Bay Area all take 2 days to complete job correctly.
