Eduardo Thief and a Liar

Eduardo Wrote a bid to build and install a new garage door. We chose from a specific manufacturers' pamphlet, with the name, model # etc on the bid. I gave Eduardo $3000. as downpayment. After 4 weeks I called the manufacturer to find that no order has been placed. This was October 1st. It is now January....... Eduardo cannot be reached.
He is a thief and a liar.
I have lost my $3000.!!!
