Terrible Service/Damaged Our Floors!

We had Eran and his team at our home to clean our marble floors. Not only was he not friendly but they scratched our newly installed hardwood floors AND made three large scratches in our marble. On top of everything - HE DENIED IT! He actually had the
nerve to say the scratches on the hardwood floors (reminder - NEWLY installed) and marble floors we already there. No accountablility whatsever and did not repair the damage. I would recommend that you stay as far away from Elite Marble care. Choose another
company - save yourself alot of money and heartache.
