Robert's team was fabulous. They explained the process and walked me through the paperwork and submissions. When I hit roadblocks because of self-employment income and deferred student loans, they "talked me off the ledge" and helped me to stay focused on the end goal - getting my new home. They never made me feel like I was alone and most importantly they believed in my loan and fought for me when necessary. Not all lenders do that. I had a couple of lenders I spoke to prior to US Mortgage Capital who just stopped returning my calls when a hurdle showed up. But not Robert, Lindsy and Shaindy!! They are fantastic and I already recommended them to my realtor and my family for referrals.
