They take no initiative. The holder of my lien changed hands. They did not know. I had to research this by calling the initial debtor myself. Once settlement offer was made, they did not pay it out. I had to contact the new lien holder myself.
Their phone lines rarely work.
Use some other company or do it yourself. The one star (rather than zero) is mandatory, but I guess they deserve 1 star for their business acumen in taking so much of my money.
