Do not buy ballasts here.

They sell poor quality ballasts. The ballasts I received put out 25% of the bulbs output, but I got the all sales are final response. I'm out $45 with 2 crap ballast. The ballast I bought are not defective, they are just garbage quality. They have this All Sales Final policy for a reason as its obvious they get an overwhelming return request for their cheap quality parts.
You're actually safer with Amazon where you can at least make a return if you're not satisfied.
