I pre-ordered a GPS unit on May 23rd 2009. My credit card was immediately charged. After waiting several months I called and was told I was next on the list to get one and because of the long wait it would ship out second day air. After another month I finally got an e-mail stating that it shipped. After waiting a week I decided to call. I got an answering machine. I proceeded to write several e-mails over two weeks time and make a few more phone calls. All were unanswered. I still have received the unit nor any correspondence as of August 27th. Now the phone has been disconnected. And it has been too long since the charge so my credit card company will not do anything about it either. So basically I've been swindled out of almost $650!!!!!
