In the experience I have had with this company the landlord was very rude, the property was very unclean and unsanitary. They have a very slow response time when it comes to issues. When you do have a problem, an unlicensed man comes out, he can not speak English at all, and just acts like he is fixing the problem. His fixes are temporary and you are either forced to call again and wait for him to come out (sometimes) or you have to fix the problem at your own cost. I would strongly think twice about renting or buying from this company because they do not have the best interest of the renter in mind. By far the worst treatment ever. I am in the Real Estate Business as a consultant and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY. I hope I can save someone else the pain and suffering I have gone through.
