When joining a game, as in all cases, you get an Agreement where the company makes some points and forbids things like hacking and cheating.
However, in their game Galaxy Online, many players have submitted evidence of cheating at massive scales, only to be either ignored by customer support or being threatened with retaliatory measures if they don't go silent.
All game add-ons are aimed at collecting more money from players, but the advantages supposedly brought on in the game by using real life money are being constantly eliminated by people in the game's staff altering mechanics on one or two players' whims.
Already many players are contacting their PayPal/GoogleCheckout/CC reps to get payments pulled back, and many lawyers are being contacted.
Also, servers crash conveniently to prevent players from having battle reports that reveal the exploits. Staff will give one answer and a completely conflicting version if asked again within the hour.
The latest incident's fallout (Language Advisory):

(By the way this was posted by their admins when things were still supposedly being investigated)
