I sent for a battery to fit my 30gig 5th Gen IPOD, when I got the battery and installed it the charge would not go beyond half way. I listened to the ipod and let it run down a bit,hoping it would recharge then fully, when I attempted to recharge again the battery would not recharge at all. I called IBD and they told me to download a RMA # and send it back, at first I thought no problem
but,while surfing I found a similar battery kit on Amazon for $3.00 I paid these guy $22 with/s/h. I called attempting to get a full refund (after all the battery is defective) but no dice, package was open and no refund was available. I have to ship it back insured at my expense
that's another 5 dollars and they will send me another crappy battery or I could get a 30% refund no shipping, Avoid these guys at all cost... I suspect the batteries are not even new just refurbished crap being sold at premium prices. Pity It did not occur to me to check this board first, now I know and never again will these guys get another dime from me or anyone I know
