I bought xenon headlights from them over the phone, they advertised complete and working headlights.
They charged my credit card immediately but never sent me an invoice or receipt. They waited 1 week to ship the headlights. When I got them they were missing many parts and one was broken. The packaging however was good.
For the next 4 months I called, emailed, sent them certified letters they didn't respond to a single one. The rare times someone picked up the phone they had a hesitant voice saying they'll send me what's missing not even asking what was missing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the merchant didn't respond to the complaint. I filed a credit card dispute with my credit card company and a complaint for false advertising with the California State Attorney. The merchant took the time to fax a quick response to the credit card company and state attorney saying "the matter has been resolved" (I got a copy of both faxes) but yet the merchant continued to ignore me all the way.
It's been more than 1 year I still don't have complete and working headlights, instead I got some left over parts.
I've never had such a horrible buying experience, this merchant is a liar and dishonest. I later saw that apparently I'm not the only one as the Better Business Bureau lists 5 complaints all unanswered. I've never written such a negative review but unfortunately this is all true, stay as far away from Just Direct Auto Parts as possible.
