Can't finish the job

Great for most of the project but they fail to complete what was agreed upon and what I paid for. Next to impossible to get a straight answer out of this company. Owner will not return my calls even after several voicemails. Tactics seem to be ignore or
procrastinate long enough and hope the customer gives up on what they paid for. It's a shame, because I would have rated this company much higher, but they can't seem to fully complete the project. The leave it up to the homeowner to try to figure out how
to clean up their mess [finish the project]. Extremely unhappy with Bob and Kurt. Lots of promises, but can't seem to finish the job.
