Title release

Horrible lack of service from both Customer Service AND Lease End Dept, who don't communicate OR have access to their respective systems. And the Titles Dept, who is inaccessible to both customers AND the other two departments. I paid off my lease mid-March, and finally received my title yesterday...4 months, and over 55+ hours of my time to try to track down where this was in their process. Different messages from different people. They were VERY QUICK to take my money, but slammed on the
brakes when it came to getting my title to me. If you have problems, please write to Sukjoon Won, President of Hyundai Capital America (Kia Finance) in Fountain Valley, CA to complain. He needs to know how bad his staff are at treating customers like dirt. They make telecommunications companies' customer service look like a gold standard. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!
