I signed up with Kramer and Kaslow October 2010. I spent time interviewing with one of their associates before making my decision. One of the things that was very important for me was communication. Since the time I sent in my money I have heard nothing. I have tried to call them many times and get the run around. I called my lender who said that they had received paperwork from this firm but that it would go nowhere since my modification case had been previously locked out. I tried to leave messages with Kramer an Kaslow about this by email and phone. My emails bounced back and my phone calls were sent to a ringing phone that neither picked up or gave me an opportunity to leave a message. I am extremely concerned that I have lost my money with another organization that does not perform.
I would not recommend this company because of lack of follow up and follow through. I am going to send my complaint into the bar association.
