Rude and Hostile Customer Service

Save yourself time and aggravation and do not purchase from this store. They have very strict return policies and will double your shipping for exchanges. They also charge a restocking fee and take forever to post your return. Even when I saw they had received my return I am still waiting after 3 weeks for it to post.
The customer service is extremely rude. The man had an aggressive and condescending tone and told me "Everyone in online business charges a restocking fee!" Um, no.....
The clothing I purchased was cheap in quality so that is why I returned it. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Even if it costs a little more, better to shop elsewhere.
