We hired this company to remodel our kitchen. They were to install hardwood flooring, cabinets, and granite. To start, the cabinets were not done well. They purchased different color stock for the filler so the filler and doors noticeably did not match. In addition, the shelves sagged. They also did not accomodate the floor slope in our older home and the cabinets were built too high and had to be shortened.
As for the granite, the initial install had to be torn out completely because the work was substandard including seams that were uneven and cracked. In addition, they installed the sink crooked and scratched our stove cooktop when the granite person pushed the stove back into place so he could get a photo of his work. He did not reconnect the stove in doing this. Further, when they replaced the granite, they broke a leg on the stove moving it in and out. Instead of replacing the plastic leg, they used wood screws and masking tape to join the broken plastic leg. They then dragged the stove across the wood floor gouging it in the process and denied they were responsible for the gouging or the broken leg. They also damaged our brand new convection microwave oven they installed. When they had to remove the cabinets for repair, they were unable to detach the microwave from the cabinets so they took it with them. When it was returned it was damged, dirty and the undermount fan still cannot be installed. Overall our experience was not acceptable.
They did try to repair what they did wrong. However, the repair attempts were several and they eventually abandoned the project after two years. They wouldn't even provide the name of the warranty provider for two of the cabinet doors that had warranty issues. Although there was light swirling, their forte is floors. They did an acceptable job. But due to the gouging we will have to have them redone.
