My dealings have been with office at 101 S Marengo, Pasadena. They've had
documents, instructions, and money for over one week and still can't close
because they keep losing things. Claim they couldn't contact me even though
they have my telephone number five times on one set of instructions as well as
my e-mail address. Send documents to wrong e-mail address and don't follow
instructions. Absolutely worst title and escrow company we've ever dealt with.
